Speakout: Aug. 23, 2013


I went to Adirondack Humane Society today and was surprised by the friendly service and taken back by the pleasant smell. Don’t know what’s changed, but keep it up. Thanks for our new friend, and we will be constant donors to your great organization.


To the health-care responder: You are either new to EMS or are burned out and need to leave the profession. You should either have an emergency light on your vehicle or be in an ambulance or a fire truck.


Sad that the Press-Republican is going to limit the number of articles a person can read over the Internet unless they pay an additional fee.


What we need in The Town of Plattsburgh is the Christmas Tree Shop, like in Vermont. No more eating places.
