Speakout: May 6, 2014

Taxpayers in all school districts must demand a change in health plans. The difference is that between a Mercedes and a high-end BMW. The hundreds of thousands saved will be used for the students and infrastructure without need to raise taxes.

Drivers who travel Boynton Avenue, yield and let pedestrians cross the street. I’ve almost been hit by ignorant motorists who drive around me while I am standing inside the white lines waiting to cross the street. Pedestrians have the right-of-way when they are inside the crosswalk.

Attended my first-ever taxpayer meeting. I am shocked at the waste of our tax dollars by the school board. Retirees, seniors, renters, veterans, everybody vote this election.
