Speakout: March 7, 2013

Accident

I would like to thank the nice people who helped me Feb. 10 on the on ramp at Exit 37 by calling the police after I was in an accident.

Pope

I admire the pope for standing by his convictions. It is about time the church chooses a younger pope who will be objective and bring the church into the 21st century.

Confidential

When people go to mental-health services, aren’t they supposed to keep the client’s information confidential?

Street

South Catherine Street in Plattsburgh needs to be repaved. Honestly, this road is torture.

Guns

To those who advocate for guns, explain why we have more guns per capita than any other country in the world and have the highest murder rate by guns than any other nation.

Unsafe

If a building is unsafe and needs to be torn down, do it. Common sense needs to replace all the red tape and meetings.
