Speakout: Oct. 13, 2012

Thank you Mrs. Marlow, BOE and Northern Adirondack taxpayers for providing the faculty and staff with a delicious lunch. It was nice to see that this year’s pizza came from an establishment in the communtiy that supports the school with their tax dollars.

I’m from the Plattsburgh area and am a fine-wine specialist. I have a degree in wine chemistry and want to move back and start a winery or wine bar. How do you all feel about a former Napa winemaker starting new winery or wine bar there, creating jobs and fun?

Why aren’t farm vehicles required to have brake and signal lights on the back of their trailers?  It’s dangerous when following them because you never know when they are going to turn or if they are slowing down. Shouldn’t they have to follow the same road rules?
