Recent data continue to support climate change

(Continued)

The top three segments of the vertical bar are all weather related events. These include severe thunderstorms, heavy precipitation, flash floods, hurricanes, heat waves, droughts, and wildfires. Note the almost tripling of the total number of these events in 30 years.

All this data, and more, are consistent and fit together: climate change is occurring and our planet is warming.

The scientific career of Raymond N. Johnson, Ph.D., spanned 30 years in research and development as an organic/analytical chemist; he is currently founder and director of the Institute of Climate Studies USA (www.ICSUSA.org). Climate Science is published the first Sunday of every month.
