Memorable experience

TO THE EDITOR: My sincerest appreciation to the North Country folks, including the school children, for their cards and letters that I received at “mail call” on the Honor Flight to the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C., on June 8.

The trip was one of the most memorable experiences of my life and your kind words and mementos will be included in my scrap book. Thank you all.
