Here are unofficial results of area races, as reported by the local Boards of Election on Tuesday night.

CLINTON COUNTY
County Court judge: Patrick McGill (R,C), 8,666 votes.

County district attorney: Andrew Wylie (D,Working Party), 12,443 votes.

Proposition to stagger five of the 10 terms for County Legislature: 7,366 votes in favor and 2,979 votes against.

Altona
Town Council (two seats): Jeanne M. Bushey (D), 259 votes; and Joey M. Snide (D), 238 votes.

AUSABLE
Town Council (two seats): Paul Ford (R), 239 votes; Jeffrey Kelley (D), 270 votes; Steven Sucharski (D), 327 votes; and Scot Zmijewski (R,Working Party), 278 votes.

ESSEX COUNTY
The general election in Essex County saw races for supervisor in eight towns. In Schroon, Westport, Willsboro and St. Armand, incumbent supervisors who had competition won; incumbents lost in Essex and Crown Point.

New supervisors will take office in Ticonderoga and Minerva, where incumbents didn't run for re-election.
