Boil-water order lifted in Black Brook

BLACK BROOK — The Clinton County Department of Health has lifted the boil-water order for 113 to 394 Silver Lake Road.

Two check samples collected on Nov. 12 and 13 were free from total coliform bacteria.

Saranac School Board plans agenda

DANNEMORA — The Saranac Central School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at the District Office in Dannemora.

Some of the items on the agenda include master teacher recognitions, contract awards and employment. A complete agenda is available at the District Office and on the website at www.saranac.org.

The public may attend.

Lake Placid School to give budget update

LAKE PLACID — The Lake Placid Central School Board will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, in the Board of Education Conference Room, Administrative Services Center, 50 Cummings Road.

A motion to go into executive session is anticipated at 6 p.m., with the meeting returning to public session at 7 p.m.

Agenda items include a budget status report, personnel appointments and clubs.

The meeting is open to the public.
