Plattsburgh City School Board to talk budget

PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh City School Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Duken building.

Anticipated topics include budget-development strategies, early retirement incentives for teachers and Civil Service employees and approval of field trips.

The meeting is open to the public.
