Through a better understanding of oneself, powerful emotions like frustration, anger and confusion can be managed.
Participants will be surprised at how relaxed they become just from breathing. It increases awareness and the ability to look within and to think for and trust oneself.
Anyone interested in attending the free teen yoga class should wear comfortable clothes and drop in. No sign-up is necessary. All teens, girls and boys, are encouraged to try the class.
