Realty awards

PLATTSBURGH — For the past 10 years, Fesette Realty has been among the top producing real-estate firms in Clinton County. They once again maintained that consistent success through 2012. Neil Fesette, broker and owner, acknowledged his company’s achievements at their annual awards banquet, recognizing several of his agents as multi-million-dollar producers, including Karen Gosnell, who led the way as the top producing residential agent in Clinton County.

“Two-thousand-twelve was a solid year for Fesette Realty. Our associates have battled through the economic downturn, maintained focus on customer service and will continue to flourish in an improving marketplace,” Fesette said. “In addition to our sales force, our staff performs at a high level to assist us in achieving our clients’ goals.”

Gosnell matched her 2011 success as the county’s top-producing residential agent for the second year in a row.

Fesette also acknowledged multi-million dollar producer Jessica Coffman, who accomplished her highest sales production since entering the business.

Among Fesette Realty’s other multi-million-dollar producers are Judy Gugliemo, Mary Kay Murphy, Andrew Castine and Steve LaBombard. Gugliemo and Murphy finished in the top ten of all licensed agents in Clinton County. Castine and LaBombard finished in the top 25.
