Champlain Town Council, village host session today

CHAMPLAIN — The Champlain Town Council and the Champlain Village Board will hold a workshop a 5:30 p.m. today at the Champlain Town Office, 729 Route 9 Champlain.

Engineering firm Bernier & Carr will update the municipalities on the shared water and sewer project they hope to win funding to launch.

The session is open to the public.

Chateaugay Central School Board meets tonight

CHATEAUGAY — Chateaugay Central School Board of Education will meet at 7:30 tonight.

Included on the agenda are an addition to the School Board meeting schedule, the annual BOCES election of board members and approval of the BOCES administrative budget.

The meeting is open to the public.

Beekmantown School Board sets special session

BEEKMANTOWN — The Beekmantown Central School Board will hold a special meeting at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in the Middle/High School library at 6:15 p.m.

Included on the agenda is a 2013-14 budget work session.

Keeseville Planning Board to review store proposal

KEESEVILLE — At 7 p.m. Wednesday, the Keeseville Planning Board will hold a site-plan review of a project to build a new Stewart’s Shop at 1774 Main St.

The meeting, open to all, will take place in the Village Board Room, 58 Liberty Street, Keeseville.

LAKE PLACID — The Lake Placid Central School Board will meet at 7 tonight in the Board of Education Conference Room at the Administrative Services Center, 50 Cummings Road.
