Busy Bees taking trip to Lake George

BEEKMANTOWN — The Beekmantown Busy Bees senior group will take a Lake George luncheon cruise on the Lac du Saint Sacrement on Thursday, June 13.

The Premier Coach will leave the Beekmantown Town Hall at 9 a.m. The group will board the boat at 11 a.m. and will sail at noon. There will be a buffet lunch on board, and the boat will return at 2 p.m. The group will go to the outlet stores for free time and shop until 4 p.m. and then return home.

The price is $34 for members and $50 for guests. The trip is open to everyone. Those wishing to attend should send a check to Sylvia Culley at 570 Jersey Swamp Road, West Chazy, NY 12992. For questions, call John Clancy at 561-2169.

Senior Council offering trip to see baseball game

PLATTSBURGH — The Senior Citizens Council is sponsoring a day trip to Centennial Field in Burlington to see the Vermont Lake Monsters play baseball on Wednesday, July 3.

The cost is $30 per person and includes travel and ballpark seats. A concession stand is available to purchase lunch. The group will leave Champlain Centre mall at 10 a.m.
