Culvert repair scheduled for Route 190, Altona

ALTONA — Starting Monday, June 9, the State Department of Transportation crews will be making repairs to a culvert on State Route 190 in Altona, between Atwood Road and Recore Road. 

To facilitate the work, a temporary signal will be installed allowing for alternating one-way traffic, and it will be in operation from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. 

The work is expected to be completed in about two weeks. 

 

NCCS School Board meeting set Monday

CHAMPLAIN — The Northeastern Clinton Central School District will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, June 9, in the Middle/Senior High School Library.

Agenda items will include: tenure appointments, Section VII girls hockey and the appointment of coaches.

The public may attend.
