Beekmantown School Board to meet Tuesday

BEEKMANTOWN — The Beekmantown Central School Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Middle School/High School library. 

A motion will be made to enter executive session for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the superintendent of schools position.

The meeting is open to the public.

CVES posts education jobs on new website

PLATTSBURGH — Champlain Valley Educational Services has a new website where local school districts are posting job openings for faculty and staff positions. 

Ten school districts are currently participating in the service: AuSable Valley, Elizabethtown-Lewis, Keene, Northeastern Clinton, Northern Adirondack, Peru, Saranac, Ticonderoga, Westport and CVES.

Job seekers are encouraged to visit jobs.cves.org to see what is available. Since the website was only recently established, new postings are being added daily, and visitors are encouraged to check back periodically for newly listed positions.
