PLATTSBURGH — Knight Automotive is raffling off a used vehicle to benefit the local Relay for Life.

The vehicle is a four-door, blue/gray 2005 Pontiac G6 with 120,665 miles. Tickets priced at $15 each; $25 for two; and $40 for three. Buy them at Knight Automotive on Route 3 in Plattsburgh or by calling 569-1343.

The car will also be on display, with tickets available, at the Relay for Life event set for Friday, June 13, and Saturday, June 14, at the Clinton County Fairgrounds.

“We are thrilled that Knight Automotive is donating this car for a raffle,” said Lisa Favreau, entertainment chair for the local Relay for Life chapter, in a news release.

“Not only will it be a great fundraiser but will also add a lot of excitement to the event.”

As of June 2, she said, the 94 teams signed up had raised nearly $57,000.

The drawing for the car will take place at 7 a.m. Saturday, June 14.
