Computer Club to meet

PLATTSBURGH — The next Senior Citizen Computer Club of Clinton County meeting is set for 1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at the Senior Citizens’ Center, 5139 North Catherine St.

Jean Schneider will teach the group about computer maintenance.

Fall Festival

planned near Malone

MOUNTAIN VIEW — A Senior Fall Festival is planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at the 4-H Camp Overlook, 70 Beach Road.

Festivities include great food, music, bingo, games and raffles.

There is a suggested donation of $2 to attend. Reservations are needed by Saturday, Sept. 15, by calling 481-1524 or 481-1528.

The festival is presented by the Association of Senior Citizens in Franklin County Inc. and sponsored by the Franklin County Office for the Aging.

Busy B’s taking

trip to Vermont

BARRE, Vt. — The Beekmantown Senior Citizens Busy B’s are planning a trip to tour the Hope Center in Barre, Vt., on Thursday, Sept. 13.

The group will go on a guided bus tour of the famous sculptures at the cemetery. The tour will be followed by a buffet lunch at the Hilltop Restaurant and a stop in Stowe and Cold Hollow Cider Mill.

The bus will leave the Beekmantown Town Hall at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $20 for members and $30 for guests. The price includes the motor coach ride, buffet lunch and tour guide.
