Town offering senior trip to Saratoga

PLATTSBURGH — The Town of Plattsburgh is sponsoring a senior trip to Saratoga on Thursday, Aug. 22.

Interested seniors will be dropped off either at the Racino or the Thoroughbred Track. The bus will leave the Champlain Centre mall parking lot in front of Sears at 9 a.m. and will return home at around 7 p.m. 

The cost is $20 per person. Preregistration and prepayment are mandatory and will be taken for Town of Plattsburgh residents only until Monday, Aug. 19. If seats are available after that date, registrations for any Clinton County resident will be taken until the bus is filled. Register by calling 562-6860 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., or visit the Recreation Office on Banker Road.
