New manager

PLATTSBURGH — Aimee Arts has been named assistant store manager for AT&T’s company-owned wireless store on Smithfield Boulevard in Plattsburgh.

A 13-year wireless veteran, Arts has held various sales-leadership positions with AT&T and completed AT&T’s Retail Management Development Program.

“I’m very proud of Aimee’s accomplishments within our retail operations and have every confidence she will continue to provide our customers with a great service experience,” said Joe Pinkans, director of sales for AT&T, New York. “Aimee grew up in the area and clearly understands what her neighbors and small-business owners need when it comes to today’s latest wireless products and services.”

Arts holds an associate’s degree in Humanities from Clinton Community College.

“I’m so honored to be serving the community with a team of seasoned sales professionals who provide customers with a top-notch store experience and technical support,” Arts said.

Designation earned

WILLSBORO — Richard Yeager of NY Living Realty has been awarded the GRI designation by the New York State REALTOR Institute. He received this honor after successfully completing 90 hours of residential real-estate education meeting the rigorous standards established by the National Association of REALTORS.

The REALTOR Institue of New York, which is conducted by the New York State Association of REALTORS, was developed to satisfy the need of a more comprehensive and effective learning experience in various phases of real estate. By taking courses offered by the Institute, a REALTOR or REALTOR associate can become a more competent professional, render broader and more effective service and elevate the standards of the real-estate industry.

The GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) is conferred upon REALTORS and REALTOR associates successfully completing all the requirements of the institute program.

NY Living Realty is located in Willsboro and helps people throughout the North Country with their real-estate needs.
