Saranac School Board expects busy session

SARANAC — The Saranac Central School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the District Office in Dannemora. 

The Audit Committee will meet at 6 p.m. 

At the board session, there may be an executive session for the purpose of discussing the employment history of particular person(s) and negotiations. 

Agenda items include the 2012-13 financial audit, a contract award, a 2013 summer school report and a 2012-13 special education report. 

The board will also act on the employment of particular person(s).

Beekmantown Central Board to meet Tuesday

BEEKMANTOWN — Elected members of the Beekmantown Central School Board will be available from 6 to 6:15 p.m. Tuesday to meet and greet district residents in the Middle/High School library.

The regular board meeting will follow at 6:15 p.m. 

Agenda items include: a presentation on improvements to registration and residency requirements, athletic appointments, athletic merger, interscholastic athletics policy and acceptance of grants.
