PERU — St. Vincent’s Thrift Store, 3028 Main St., will hold its Spring/Summer Sale from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6. 

Customers may fill a large bag with gently used spring/ summer clothing and footwear for $6.

Kids can meet Rocky Raccoon at story time 

CHAZY — The Chazy Public Library will host story time for children ages 3 to 8 from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 13, at its 1329 Fiske Road location.

Children will meet Rocky Raccoon, a puppet with an exciting new trick to share. Cathy Sterling will lead the celebration of spring with stories, songs and games.

YMCA now registering for summer camps

PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh YMCA is now registering for all four summer day camps.

The camps include: Camp Jericho for ages 5 to 13 years; Junior Camp for those in kindergarten through second grade or ages 5 through 9 years old; Y’s Kids Camp for ages 3 through 5 years old; and Teen Discovery Camp for ages 12 through 15 years. 

The camps differ in price, but a $75 deposit will hold a spot in each two-week session, with the balance due prior to the start of camp. The first camp session begins Monday, June 24. Immunization records are required.
