Cabin Fever Craft Show to benefit Relay For Life

DANNEMORA — Team Friends and Family will be hosting a Cabin Fever Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Dannemora Community Center on Emmons Street.

The event will raise donations for the 2014 American Cancer Society Relay For Life.

Vendor space is available.

Imaginarium to host Scrapbooking group for Adults

PLATTSBURGH — The Imaginarium Children’s Museum, Advocacy and Resource Center and several local artists are partnering to present a free scrapbooking group designed for the beginner to novice level scrapbooker.

The class will run from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesdays, March 5, through April 23, at the Imaginarium, 4709 Route 9, Plattsburgh.

Each session will feature a guest instructor. Participants are asked to bring a 12-by-12 scrapbook and photos or other mementos they wish to preserve, and scrapbooking tools such as scissors, glue sticks and tape runners.

Some supplies and a Cricut scrapbooking machine will be provided.
