Food Bites: Feb. 23, 2014

Clinton welcomes Global Chef

PLATTSBURGH — Clinton Community College will soon host Sodexo’s Global Chef Program as Chef Bozidar Marin prepares a traditional meal from his home country, the Republic of Slovenia.

The event will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the college’s PARC Dining, 14 Dormitory Drive, Plattsburgh.

Demonstrations will be given. The event is open to the public.
