— City Swim Program has openings
PLATTSBURGH -- A few spaces remain in the City of Plattsburgh Recreation Department Summer Instructional Swim Program being held at the Stafford Middle School pool this summer.
The program is open to city children at no charge. Registrations are being held in the city gym, 52 U.S. Oval. Registrations can only be completed in person by a parent or legal guardian with proof of guardianship, and the parent or guardian must show proof of city residency.
