MALONE — A North Bangor man was charged Oct. 26 with grand larceny and menacing.
During a confrontation at a residence, Daniel C. Cole, 21, pointed a rifle at a person and then took the rifle from the home, Malone-based State Police said.
Cole did not own the rifle he removed from the residence, police said.
He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
Another man involved in the confrontation, Allan P. Boyea, 67, of Malone was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, which is a felony since he is a convicted felon, police said.
