FORT COVINGTON — A Connecticut man was arrested following a traffic stop.
Darron Yelling, 46, of Stamford was taken into custody at about 2:20 a.m. Oct. 22 on State Route 37 following a traffic stop by Malone-based State Police.
Police said Yelling was allegedly speeding and was found to be driving without a valid license.
He was charged with first-degree facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony. Yelling was also issued tickets for unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in excess of 55 mph.
Yelling was arraigned and sent to Franklin County Jail where he was later released on $1,000 bail.
