BOMBAY — A Massena man was charged Aug. 6 with felony drunken driving.
Jeremiah M. Steenberg, 35, was pulled over by St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police in the early morning hours of Aug. 6, according to a news release from the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe.
Steenberg was charged with felony driving while intoxicated; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony. He was also charged with using of a vehicle without an ignition interlock device; operating a motor vehicle without a license; following too closely and a license restriction violation, all violations.
Police allege Steenberg’s blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent.
He was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and released under the supervision of probation.
