ST. REGIS FALLS — A St. Regis Falls man was charged with drunken driving Friday.
At about 2:30 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Darwin Kelley, 49, on Main Street in St. Regis Falls, according to a news release from State Police.
Troopers determined Kelley’s blood-alcohol content to be 0.12 percent and he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated since he has a prior DWI conviction in the past 10 years.
Kelley was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was ticketed for having tinted windows.
He was arraigned in Waverly Town Court and released into the supervision of the Franklin County Department of Probation.
