TUPPER LAKE — A Tupper Lake man was charged with criminal mischief Sept. 12 following a domestic dispute in a car, police said.
While in a vehicle on Stetson Road in the Town of Tupper Lake, Justin T. LaFlamme, 30, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, punched the windshield of the car, causing it to crack, according to a State Police incident report.
LaFlamme then exited the car and threw an object at the back of the vehicle, breaking the rear tail light, police said.
He was arrested on Old Piercefield Road in the Town of Tupper Lake, according to a State Police blotter entry.
LaFlamme was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
He was arraigned in Tupper Lake Town Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court at a later date, police said.
