MOIRA — A Moira man was charged with criminal mischief and harassment Thursday.
During a domestic dispute at a residence on State Route 95 in Moira, Kevin A. Cook, 21, ripped a television off the wall it was mounted on and broke a window by throwing a shovel through it, according to a police report.
He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation.
Cook was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was released under the supervision of probation. He was to reappear in court April 1.
