CONSTABLE — A Brushton man was charged with felony drunken driving Wednesday.
At about 10 p.m. on Route 122 in the Town of Constable, State Police pulled over a 2005 Ford Freestar driven by Troy L. Pearson, 35, according to a news release from State Police.
Pearson was found to be intoxicated and was charged with driving while intoxicated with a prior DWI conviction in the past ten years, a felony, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, police said.
His blood-alcohol content was .21 percent, police said.
Pearson held a conditional license because of a pending felony DWI charged from Feb. 15 of this year, police said.
He was ticketed for unsafe turn, failure to stop at a stop sign, violation of a conditional license and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of a change of address.
He was arraigned in Malone Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
Pearson is scheduled to appear in Constable Town Court Wednesday.
