SARANAC LAKE — A New York City man was arrested Friday on a parole violation.
Saranac Lake Police arrested Anthony Frazier, 56, after they were notified by the New York State Division of Parole that Frazier was in the Saranac Lake area and there was an active warrant for him for violating a condition of his parole, Saranac Lake Police said in a press release.
Frazier had been previously sentenced to life on parole, according to the release.
After his arrest, Frazier was taken by New York State Police to the Franklin County Jail to be held for a parole hearing.
