PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was charged with criminal contempt and menacing Aug. 2.
Dale Bell allegedly made threats to a person who is protected from him by a court order, Plattsburgh City Police said.
The order of protection stems from a domestic incident, police said.
Bell was arrested on Protection Avenue in the City of Plattsburgh, according to a City Police blotter entry.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
Bell was arraigned in City Court.
