PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man has pleaded guilty to charges following domestic dispute
Todd J Lafountain, 29 had been chargeed with false written statement, a misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a felony.
Plattsburgh-based State Police arrested Hanson on 152 Banker Road on July 9 at about 4pm.
Lafountain had accused his girlfriend, Jennifer Lever, of stricking him with her vehicle causing his body to smash the car’s windshield before rolling up the hood and onto the ground, police said. A proceeding investigation indicated Lafountain had intentionally smashed the windshield of his girlfriend’s car, Police said.
