David M. Pearce, 47, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to three years conditional release on no further trouble, stemming from an incident in October 2011. Pearce was ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation and provide a DNA sample and pay the DNA sample fee. Pearce must also pay $200 in fines and surcharges, pay the DWI Victims Impact Panel fee and use an ignition interlock device.

Brock J. Reynolds, 32, of Essex pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger and failure to keep right and was sentenced to five years probation, stemming from a September 2012 incident. Reynolds was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, surcharges and the Victims Impact Panel fee. He must also provide a DNA sample, pay the DNA sample fee and use an ignition interlock device.

Brian Vasquez, 41, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and five years probation, stemming from a June 2012 incident. Vasquez was ordered to pay $4,000 in fines and provide a DNA sample and pay the DNA sample fine. He must also use an ignition interlock device.
