Robert J. LaFountain Sr., 48, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree burglary and was sentenced to one and a third to four years in prison on each count, to be served concurrently. The conviction stems from a June 2012 incident. LaFountain was ordered to pay surcharges, $500 in restitution and provide a DNA sample and pay the DNA sample fee.

Amber Limacher, 26, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny and was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation. Limacher also pleaded guilty to fifth-degree conspiracy and was sentenced to six months in jail. The sentences will run concurrently. The convictions stem from a November 2010 incident. Limacher was ordered to pay surcharges, provide a DNA sample and pay the DNA sample fee.

Gregory A. McClinton, 50, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal contempt and was sentenced to six years in prison and five years probation, stemming from a February 2012 incident. McClinton was ordered to undergo mental-health substance-abuse evaluations and pay a $550 fine and a fine associated with the Domestic Violence Victims Impact Panel. A stay-away order of protection was also put in place.

Ryan S. Ratelle, 34, of Saranac Lake pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance and having an unregistered motor vehicle, stemming from a June 2012 incident. Ratelle was sentenced to one to three years in prison and was ordered to pay a $4,520 in fines and surcharges. Ratelle must also use an ignition interlock device.

Joshua J. Rock, 27, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and was sentenced to five years probation. Rock was ordered to provide a DNA sample and pay the associated fee, $300 in surcharges and a $25 crime victims fee and perform 100 hours of community service.
