MOIRA — Two Franklin County men were charged with burglary in September.
Francis S. Anderson, 23, of Moira and Jeremiah D. Lamica, 29, of Malone allegedly broke into a neighbor’s house and took a safe with some money in it and some clothing, Malone-based State Police said.
On Sept. 6, Anderson was charged with third-degree burglary, a felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to a State Police blotter entry.
Lamica was charged with third-degree burglary, according to the blotter entry.
The two men were arraigned and sent to the Franklin County Jail.
