---- — PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was injured Tuesday when a car struck his bicycle, police said.

Dustin Anderson, 26, was traveling north on South Catherine Street in the City of Plattsburgh when he attempted to make a left-hand turn into the Dollar General parking lot, police said.

George Donah, 68, of Plattsburgh was driving the second vehicle and was attempting to leave the Dollar General parking lot to drive south on South Catherine Street when the two vehicles collided, police said.

It was determined that Anderson was at fault for the accident because he was riding on the sidewalk on the wrong side of the road, Plattsburgh City Police said.

Anderson complained of pain to his lower leg, knee and foot and was taken to CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, police said.

Donah and his passengers, Chris Hall, 33, of Schroon Lake and John See, 41, of Plattsburgh, were all uninjured, police said.
