WAVERLY — A St. Regis Falls man was arrested on a charge of felony DWI Friday.
At about 2:40 a.m., Darwin E. Kelley, 49, failed roadside sobriety tests at a traffic stop, Malone-based State Police said.
Kelley was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in 10 years and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, both felonies. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and illegal window tint, an infraction.
He was arraigned in Waverly Town Court and released under supervision of Franklin County Probation Department, to appear in Waverly Town Court on Oct. 8.
