Police log: Oct. 2, 2013 — Felony arrest

CHATEAUGAY — A Chateaugay man was charged with criminal mischief Monday.

At about 1 a.m., State Police responded to Jericho Joe’s Roadhouse on Depot Street in Chateaugay for a report of a disorderly patron, according to a news release from State Police.

Troopers arrested Matthew A. Glennon, 31, for allegedly choking another patron and damaging property at the business, police said.

Glennon was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony; criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Glennon was arraigned in Chateaugay Town Court and was sent to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

He is due to return to Chateaugay Town Court on Oct. 21.
