MALONE — A Plattsburgh woman was charged with passing drugs to an inmate at Franklin County Jail, and the inmate faces charges as well.
Shadoe L. Davis, 19, of 45 Sailly Ave., was charged Feb. 23 with three counts of first-degree promotion of prison contraband, a felony; three counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony; one count of fifth-degree attempted sale of a controlled substance, a felony; and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
She was accused of trying to pass drugs to Keeton Seaquist, 27, of Plattsburgh, who is an inmate at the facility.
Davis was arraigned in Malone Town Court and released under the supervision of the probation department. She is scheduled to reappear in Town Court April 9.
Seaquist was charged with three counts of first-degree promotion of prison contraband and one count of sixth-degree conspiracy, a misdemeanor.
Seaquist was arraigned in Bangor Town Court and returned to County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. He is to appear in Malone Town Court at a later date.
