PLATTSBURGH — Another man has been arrested in connection with September’s alleged flare gun shootings.
State Police arrested Bradley S. Hilborne, 23, of Keeseville in the early morning hours of Feb. 26 on State Route 9 in the Town of Chesterfield.
Hilborne was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony, and one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned and sent to Clinton County Jail that day in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
Hilborne posted $2,500 cash bail two days later on Feb. 28, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Lt. Brent Davison told the Press-Republican in September that four separate flare shooting incidents happened over three days.
