PLATTSBURGH — A Morrisonville man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated April 26.
The incident was reported to Valcour-based State Police at 11:05 p.m.
A trooper pulled over Jeffrey R. Caron, 23, for having an inadequate license plate lamp while he was driving on State Route 3 in the Town of Plattsburgh.
Caron was arrested that night and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 with a prior offense, a felony; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor: and no or an inadequate plate lamp, an infraction.
Caron was released on an appearance ticket, according to a State Police blotter entry.
