---- — ROUSES POINT— A Rouses Point man was arrested after allegedly breaking into his neighbor’s home and attacking him Saturday afternoon.
Nicholas Williams, 44, was charged with first-degree burglary. He allegedly kicked in his neighbors door, entered his home and hit him. The neighbor was treated at CVPH Medical Center and later released. His name was not released.
According to State Police, the motive for the alleged attack was not clear.
Williams was arraigned in Town of Champlain Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of bail.
