Brent Beach, 47, of Owls Head, pleaded not guilty to a grant-jury indictment for third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree attempted criminal contempt, resisting arrest, first-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing, stemming from an incident May 24.
He was sent to County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 insurance bond.
Jeremy Brossoit, 20, of Fort Covington, pleaded not guilty to a grand-jury indictment for four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, stemming from alleged incidents on Oct. 28 and Nov. 3, 2011.
He was taken to County Jail for lack of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 insurance bond.
James Lasher, 32, of Brushton, was sentenced to two to four years in state prison as a second-felony offender for first-degree criminal contempt, stemming from an incident in Dec. 27, 2011.
Kashtin M. Millett, 20, of Hogansburg, was sentenced to four months in County Jail for pleading guilty to Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment to third-degree attempted burglary, stemming from an incident in July 2011.
He was also ordered to serve five years probation and pay $2,265 in restitution.
Brian Compton, 34, of Malone, was sentenced as a second-felony offender to 8½ years in state prison for second-degree burglary, stemming from an incident Nov. 28, 2011.
He was also ordered to serve five years of post-release supervision.
Kathy Mayville, 50, of Bombay, pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny, stemming from an incident Jan. 25, 2011.
A restitution hearing and sentencing will be held Aug. 6.
John Santiago, 49, of Saranac Lake, was sentenced to two concurrent one-year terms in County Jail for felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, stemming from an incident Jan. 22, 2011.
He was also fined $2,500 for each charge.
Anthony Walker, 37, of Constable, was sentenced to a year in County Jail for failing to register as a sex offender, stemming from an incident March 14, 2011.
Kimberly Wylie, 31, of Hogansburg, pleaded not guilty to three counts of third-degree forgery, six counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and six counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, stemming from an incident April 10, 2011.
A conference in the case is set for Aug. 12.
