BELLMONT — A Plattsburgh man was treated for injuries at the site of a one-car accident Friday.
At about 11:54 a.m., Eric M. Case, 25, was traveling southwest on State Route 190 near Cooper Road in the Town of Bellmont on an icy roadway, when he lost control of the vehicle and it exited the south shoulder of the roadway while he was driving on a curved portion of the road, Malone-based State Police said.
The vehicle rolled once and came to rest on its side, police said.
Case had a laceration to his head but did not require transport to a hospital and was treated by EMTs at the accident site, police said.
Case was ticketed for driving too fast for special hazard conditions.
