TUPPER LAKE — A Tupper Lake man was charged with felony drunken driving Saturday.
At about 1 a.m., troopers arrested Jesse J. Pickering, 31, charging him with felony driving while intoxicated.
Pickering’s arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Demars Boulevard in the Village of Tupper Lake for a loud exhaust, State Police said.
His blood-alcohol content was found to be .17 percent, police said.
Pickering was arraigned in Tupper Lake Village Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is due back in court on June 10.
