MOIRA — A Brushton man was injured in a one-car accident Feb. 21.
Shortly before 1:40 a.m., Robert Martin, 25, was traveling southbound on Alburg Road at an unsafe speed for the icy roadway when he failed to keep right and exited the east shoulder of the road, striking a utility pole, State Police said.
Martin left the scene of the accident and went to Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, police said.
He was ticketed for no seat belt, unsafe speed, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of a personal-injury accident.
