LAKE PLACID — A Lake Placid man was recently arrested after he allegedly violated a court order and harassed someone.
Lake Placid Village Police said officers were called to a reported domestic dispute late Friday night after Joshua W. Galloway, 27, allegedly had unwanted physical contact with someone who has an active order of protection against him.
Galloway now faces first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment charges.
After being arraigned, Galloway was released from custody on $500 cash bail. It was unclear Monday evening when he is due back in court.
