PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was arrested for two accounts of assault Sunday.
At about 2:46 a.m., Vincent Roulhac, 33, allegedly stabbed Kevin Sharrow, 23, of Plattsburgh, and injured Duey Hampton, 33, of Plattsburgh, with a knife, Plattsburgh City Police said.
The Protection Avenue assault was spotted by an officer, who noticed a laceration on Sharrow’s arm and a cut on Hampton’s lip, police said.
The victims were both brought to CVPH Medical Center, police said.
Roulhac was charged with two accounts of assault in the second degree, criminal possession of cocaine, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, all class D felonies, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, police said.
He was arraigned at Plattsburgh City Court and is being held at the county jail on no bail, police said.
